Retro Revelations

Many say that 2020 was a bad year.
One may say that there were better years.
Which is true.

Taking a glimpse to stare in a rearview mirror,
I say that 2020 was a helluva adventurous year.
Which is noteworthy.

Revelations, are they a thing far in the future?
or back in a dusted longforsaken past?
How many have dawned on you during 2020?

U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Hunter, Jake, a radar technician, pulls the generator power cable to the Ground/Air Task Oriental Radar (G/ATOR) on Sept. 16, 2015 at Cannon Air Defense Complex (P111), Yuma, Ariz. This exercise is apart of the Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) Course 1-16, a seven week training event, hosted by Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) cadre, which emphasizes operational integration of the six functions of Marine Corps aviation in support of a Marine Air Ground Task Force. MAWTS-1 provides standardized advanced tactical training and certification of unit instructor qualifications to support Marine Aviation Training and Readiness and assists in developing and employing aviation weapons and tactics.
